This hamper includes our deliciously creamy Finest Vintage and Caramelised Onion Cheddar Truckles produced on Lymn Bank Farm, in Lincolnshire. We have also included our Black Pepper Barrel to add that extra kick you’ll love on a Charcuterie board, pairing well with our Percival's Sea Salted Crackers and Fire Chutney. This is the perfect gift for any red wine and cheese lover.

This hamper contains:

• Black Pepper Cheddar Barrel - A deliciously creamy cheddar cheese with a delightful peppery aftertaste.


• Finest Vintage Cheddar Truckle 200g - This mouth watering 3 year mature cheddar contains calcium crystals with a sweet note starter. It really does get your taste buds tingling!


• Caramelised Onion Cheddar Truckle 200g - A lovely creamy cheese with a delicious caramelised onion chutney running through it – heavenly!


• Percival's Sea-Salted Crackers 80g - Using only the best ingredients for these square cracker, including delicious sea salt from Anglesey.


• Percival's Onion, Chilli & Orange Chutney 225g - Perfect for those who like a little spice in their food. With red peppers and oranges, it has a surprisingly fruity flavour, and the measured addition of Scotch Bonnets leaves a pleasant residual heat on the tongue.


• Tanners Claret, Bordeaux | Half Bottle - This renowned claret has been made even more attractive by the addition of some extra old-vine Merlot to give it a bit more of the succulence and juiciness for which it is renowned, while still retaining its classic balance and style.

About the Producer The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family run business by mother and daughter team Erika and Mollie in Lincoln. The cheese sold is made by our family Farm in Lincolnshire. Mouse House Cheese was formed in October 2018 to showcase our family farm's wonderful selection of traditional and contemporary cheeses. The farm produces a range of cheddars as well as range of products to a compliment the cheese in order for you to enjoy our cheese in the best way.
