All items are shipped directly to you from our merchants. On each product page, you'll see the name of the merchant selling and fulfilling the order for the product. When you are placing an order, you'll be notified during checkout of the estimated delivery dates and once the merchant has sent out the order, you'll receive an email notification.
Each order must be sent to one address, so if you require different items to go to different addresses, separate orders will need to be placed.
If you have questions about delivery dates or the whereabouts of your order, please contact the merchant directly. You can do this via their profile page, which you can find via the product page, or in My Orders if you click on the relevant order and then the merchant name.
We are pleased to say that as a launch offer, 100s of the items on here are offered with free UK Standard delivery. This makes shopping with us nice and easy.
Where merchants aren't able to yet offer this, they only offer a faster delivery service and will decide their own delivery prices, based on the cost for them to ship the items to you. This mainly applies to merchants selling chilled or frozen items and also shipping from outside the UK.
You can see delivery prices in checkout but will see 'Free delivery' next to the price on product pages where this applies.
