The Naga chilli jam won one star in the Great Taste Awards in 2017. The judges said: Gorgeous bright colour and good consistency, with visible chilli seeds. Hot on the palate but not bitter. It has a great finish. If you like it hot, you will like this! As the description reads, this is a very, very, very hot Chilli jam. It has a nice set and good colour. This tastes like a sweet chilli jam and then the explosion kicks in. Does what it says on the jar.

Jam Packed Preserves is a small family-run business specialising in luxury, British preserves to the highest standards, but believe these shouldn't cost the Earth. Here at Jam Packed Preserves we don't like food waste. That's how we got started. We had a surplus of fruit from our allotment, and after getting the family recipe from Grandma, the first jar of raspberry jam was made. We source the best quality ingredients from British growers whenever possible. We don't just do this because we believe in supporting our communities, but it also reduces food miles, making it a much more sustainable choice.

Prep & usageChilli jam is so versatile. Swap this out for your regular sweet chilli dipping sauce. Enjoy with cheeses, cold meats or fish. This also makes a great ingredient for home cooking - add a spoonful to a stew or stir-fry to spice things up a bit, or use as a glaze or condiment with a barbecue
