• Delicario Naturalis Cheese in Wild Cornflowers & Marigolds: The Naturalis is a specialty cheese made from 100% cow's milk from the South Tyrol, giving a milky-buttery taste. Beautifully wrapped in wild cornflower and marigolds, this artisanal semi-hard cheese matures for a month and is washed and turned with ripening cultures every other day to produce an outstanding flavoursome cheese.

  Delicario Giniz Cheese: A soft and flavoursome creamy cheese from 100% cow’s milk from the South Tyrol, flavoured with rolled juniper berries. Washed, turned and matured in slate cellars for four weeks with a final touch of the finest gin to give a delicately spicy taste with juniper notes.

  Delicario Pecorino dei Malatesta al Sangiovese: A round of smooth and mellow white cheese with delicate sheep’s milk flavour with a vinous aftertaste as a result of the rind being treated with Sangiovese red wine during the final stage of maturation, giving the cheese a dark burgundy rind.

  Delicario Kasus Cheese: A semi-hard cheese made from 100% cow's milk from the pastures of the South Tyrol. During its six-month maturation on spruce boards, the cheese is turned every other day and washed with red cultures giving it a spicy and milky-buttery taste.

  Pane Carasau Classico, Il Forno Sunalle: A round classic Sardinian oven baked crispbread, Carasau is considered one of the oldest recipes in the world. Also known as 'carta musica' in reference to the characteristic noise made when broken and chewed. Traditionally these crispbreads were carried by shepherds on their travels, being light, nutritious and oven baked in a way to stay fresh for a long period of time while away from home.
