    Product Description

    A distinctive gin distilled with 9 botanicals giving a long lasting spicy finish.

    In collaboration with Ingo Holland, from the "Altes Gewurtzamt". A former Michelin-starred chef who is now one of Germany's most important spice dealers. On virtually all German TV cooking shows you see his green coloured spice cans. Ingo stands for the best in quality and he has an amazing talent for combining flavours.

    After much brain storming and experimenting with many different spices and flavours - samples travelling between Mallorca and Klingenberg in Germany, the most challenging batch, Gin Eva have ever distilled was ready. The final blend consists of sencha tea, wakame tokusen (seaweed), Californian bay leaves, green pepper, fig and orange leaves together with green-harvested juniper and green oranges.

    As a Gin & Tonic: 2.5cl / 25ml to 5cl / 50ml GIN EVA Green Spice with a great Indian tonic and a bay leaf of fresh Thyme.
