Organic Olive Oil Liokarpi is a unique olive oil produced in Crete. It has a bright green colour and a very pronounced flavour and wonderful aroma. It is perfect for cooking, frying, sautéing, poaching, baking and even drizzling over your home-cooked dishes.
The hand-picking and squeezing of the olive excludes the use of any chemical product whether in fertilisation of the land or in the fight against parasites. This method results in the natural, juicy and excellent quality of the Cretan Olive Oil. The extraction of the olive oils performed in licensed manufacturing plants using only Cold press extraction methods which ensures that the Extra Virgin Olive Oil retains all its natural health benefits and flavour.
