• Base: Black Bomber, 3kg - This multi award-winning cheddar is a modern classic. It has a deliciously rich flavour, a smooth creaminess and leaves youwanting more.

  2nd Tier: Wensleydale & Cranberries, 2 kg - This is a Yorkshire made cheese, which is crumbly and creamy. Crammed full with succulent, pure sweet cranberries. This award-winning Wensleydale is a fresh and sweet addition for any cheese cake

  3rd Tier: Elmhirst, 800g - An unpasteurised triple cream cheese made on the Sharpham Estate in Totnes. This is a deliciously decadent cheese made with Jersey cows milk and enriched with cream. Elmhirst has a soft light texture becoming richer and full bodied as it matures.

  4th Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  5th Tier: Somerset Camembert x 2, 200g each - Mild and creamy soft Somerset Camembert deliciously delicate and creamy.

We’ve used two and tied raffia around them. A small amount of burgundy raffia and straw is included for this purpose.
