This cheese cake tower features award-winning handmade British pork pies.

• 1st Tier: Cornish Yarg, 3 - 3.4kg approx - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly.The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese matures

  2nd Tier: Devon Oke 2.2kg - Devon Oke Cheddar has a lovely rustic outer rind, with a creamy, delicate flavour. We cut these large cheeses in half to give approx 2.2kg of superb, creamy cheddar style cheese
• 
  3rd Tier: Pork Pie, 1.6kg - These delicious Pork Pies use only the finest ingredients. Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning
• 
  4th Tier: Delice Cremiere, 1kg - A decadent soft French cows milk cheese, absolutely luxurious. A fabulous cheese to go with Champagne!
• 
  5th Tier: Pork Pie, 500g - As above, a super traditional pork pie with other flavours also available at this size.

Top Tier: Chaource, 250g - Chaource is a discerningly good, rich soft creamy cheese with a delicate outer pure white bloomy rind. Chaource ripens from the outside in, it should start to breakdown around the soft rind, giving a slightly gooey layer near the rind with a firmer interior. Creamy, spreadable with a slight pungency and a hint of earthy mushrooms.

• Traditional Pork - A traditional pork pie using only diced and minced pork and then mixed with a blend of herbs & spices to give a traditional flavour

  Pork & Apple - A blend of diced and minced pork, sage & onion stuffing and bramley apples

  Pork & Onion - A traditional pork pie but with a difference, diced and minced pork with an added layer of chopped onion and a blend of herbs and spices to give a wonderful flavour
• 
  Ploughmans - A wonderful combination of minced and diced pork, with a layer of cheddar cheese and tasty Devon chutney
• 
  Chicken & Apricot - Chicken breast blended with locally produced diced and minced pork with added succulent apricots
• 
  Chicken & Ham - Large chunks of chicken breast, freshly cooked gammon ham and locally produced diced and minced pork blended with fresh cranberries
