Soft brie style organic cheese made in Somerset. As a mould ripened cheese it has a mild, slightly mushroomy flavour with a creamy-yellow paste. A very good alternative to French brie or camembert. Perfect for gifting and hampers as it has beautiful packaging. Organic.
Made by Graham Padfield in Somerset with pasteurised cow's milk, using an old recipe dating back to the 18th Century. The cheese is supple and will give slightly to finger pressure. A pleasant alternative to camembert, Bath Soft is a beautifully presented organic cheese with a wax seal. Bath Soft is ideal for introducing people to soft, white-mould cheeses.
