We use the best ingredients to create balanced, flavoursome, quaffable premium beers, adhering to Germany’s ‘Reinheitsgebot’ beer purity principles of 1516, using only hops, malted barley, spring water, and yeast.

Our Story

SOHO Brewing's recipes were created by Fergal Murray, previously Master Brewer of Guinness.

We have created highly balanced, premium artisanal beers. We brew slowly, in small batch, and never pasteurise, keeping all those lovely flavours. Our recipes ensure flavour profiles that are accessible to all by bringing the very best hops and malts together using Fergal’s craft.
