Looking to make creamy Italian vanilla gelato without having to use an ice cream machine? It's now so easy to with this wonderful gluten-free mix!
How to make gelato in 5 easy steps:
- Pour 200ml of milk and 200ml of cream (or 400ml of milk if you prefer a lighter texture) into the bowl and add the mixture.
- Whisk for about 2 minutes.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into a bowl or into cups.
- Chill in freezer for approx. 3 hours.
- Serve!
