• Base: Cornish Yarg, 3.4kg - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly. The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese mature

  2nd Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 2kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  3rd Tier: Elmhirst, 800g - An unpasteurised triple cream cheese made on the Sharpham Estate in Totnes. This is a deliciously decadent cheese made with Jersey cows milk and enriched with cream. Elmhirst has a soft light texture becoming richer and full bodied as it matures

  4th Tier: Tunworth Camembert, 250g - an English camembert strong enough to rival a French equivalent, it’s rich, vegetal and mushroom flavoured with a lingering flavour
• 
  Top Tier: Dorstone,180g - Individual fresh goats milk cheese covered in ash with a beautiful wrinkled rind. A lovely creamy texture with zesty notes
