Brentingby Gin is produced in Melton Mowbray by Bruce Midgely. However, gin isn't the only thing made by Bruce for this brand - he also designed and built the 10 plate copper column still that the gin is produced in! The botanicals used to create this expression include juniper, angelica, coriander, hibiscus and birch.
