Directions
To support normal blood flow, take 20g (200mg flavanols) per day with hot or cold milk and sweeten to taste (mix into a paste with a little liquid before topping up). Mix into smoothies, porridge, yoghurts, ice creams or use as a nutritious alternative to cocoa powder. Simply substitute cocoa for cacao (1:1 ratio) to create delicious homemade chocolates, healthy hot chocolate or your favourite baked treats.
