Nduja Warmer (Scalda 'Nduja) Ceramic Dish Handmade & Handpainted

Our 'Nduja Warmer has been handmade and hand painted by local Calabrian craftsmen and comes in two parts - a sturdy ceramic dish with a small handle and the candle holder base on which it sits.

Warming the spicy Calabrian salami 'Nduja intensifies the aroma and taste and makes it easier to spread on toast or a bruschetta. The 'Scalda 'Nduja' is often traditionally placed in the centre of the table so that pieces of crusty bread can be dipped into the salami and enjoyed with friends alongside a nice bottle of full-bodied red wine!

The Scalda 'Nduja could also be used for a cheese or chocolate fondue and the dish can be placed directly onto the stove and used as a pan.
