This sauce is commonly used with pulled pork, but it can also pair well with beef and brisket. It's worth noting that burgers and hotdogs taste even better with this sweet and tangy mustard BBQ sauce. In the US, it's also called "Carolina Gold" and is perfect for drizzling over your favourite smoked pork or beef. Not just for pulled pork, it's a great companion for burgers or hot dogs too.
