  2nd Tier: Waterloo Brie, 800g - Waterloo is a rich, buttery soft cow’s milk cheese. It’s deep yellow in colour due to the unpasteurised milk used from Golden Guernsey cows. With an oozing brie like texture, a sweet, smooth flavour, it’s a real crowd pleaser

  3rd Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  4th Tier: Baby Cornish Yarg 1kg - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly.The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese matures

  Top: Coeurs Neufchatel, 200g One of the oldest cheeses in France with AOC status. It is a young cheese with a lovely white rind. Texture similar to a camembert, soft with a slightly grainy texture. It is a crumbly cheese which develops a creamier interior as it matures

Includes: Burgundy/wine organza ribbon, enough for decorating as picture. We'll also include an acrylic ring and silver board - you push the ring into centre of the brie and it sits just proud, pop the silver board above (its around 6" so you won't see it and all the cheeses above sit on the board so the brie doesn't squash (simply decorated with grapes, figs, Brazil nuts and blackberries - not included). Mice not included.
