• Base: Pork Pie, 1.6kg - Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning. Simple and tasty.

  2nd Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  3rd Tier: Wookey Hole Cave Aged Cheddar, 900g - This extremely tasty award winning West Country Farmhouse Cheddar is hand produced in the heart of West Dorset. It uses milk from local herds and is made to a traditional recipe. Aged for up to 3 months, it has a nutty, tangy flavour

  4th Tier: Tunworth 200g - Tunworth Camembert has an intense, long lasting flavourwith hints of mushroom and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind

  5th Tier: Brilliat Savarin 100g - Brillat is a deliciously creamy triple crème cheese from Normandy, made with pasteurised cows milk, it is fresh with mushroom notes that balances the richness. It has a slight chalky centre when young, breaking down from the centre as it matures

  6th Tier: Capricorn 100g - This little goats cheese has won a staggering amount of awards over the years. It is a delicious, velvety soft goats cheese. Mild and crumbly when young developing into a softer, creamier fuller flavour as it matures
