A deep golden liquid praline made with 50% hazelnuts selected from orchards in Spain, Italy and Turkey. Callebaut selects premium grades of hazelnuts that are roasted, ground and caramelised into a fine, homogeneous praline paste with an authentic caramel taste with fruity notes. As well as being use in moulded and enrobed chocolates, you can also use it to make mousses, add to buttercream, or thin it down and use as an ice-cream topping. Certified Hala and Kosher. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
