The ingredient to make perfect Bloody Marys. Shake awake your bottle of spiced tomato juice before pouring. Many people complain that regular spiced tomato juice lacks a little heat. So, we've packed ours full of spice! No need to add any extra tabasco or hot sauce to this.

About Madame Jennifer Bubble-Plate Vodka
Inger and Ian have created a lovely micro distillery just a few minutes from the sea in Hove, East Sussex. Madame Jennifer Bubble-Plate Vodka has a smooth creamy character and a hint of caramel. Made with 100% English wheat spirit, nothing else added.

During distillation, the English wheat spirit evaporates and passes through six copper bubble-plates in turn. Each time the gas passes through a bubble-plate, it condenses back to a liquid and drips back down the still column.

Only the cleanest of spirits make it to the top of the sixth bubble-plate. This is collected to make an exceptionally smooth vodka.

Serious Pig's Crunchy Snacking Cheese: Get ready for a cheese bop on the nose, followed by a crunchy, full bodied moreish tang and finally a rich, earthy finish. Suitable for vegetarians, it's also gluten and lactose free too.
Serious Pig's Snacking Pickles: the finest, tastiest baby gherkins, gently pickled. Crunchy and tangy, perfect with a Bloody Mary.
Serious Pig's Almonds 'Cornish Sea Salted': Make the humble nut even better by adding Cornish Sea Salt. Almonds are all over Mallorca which inspired Bloody Bens Signature Gin, so this is literally the snack that helped inspire a business and a Gin.

Perfect Serve

• 200ml Bloody Bens Spiced Tomato Juice.
• 
  50ml Madame Jennifer Vodka or try Bloody Bens Signature Gin.
• 
  Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a celery stick.
• 
  Fill your glass with plenty of ice, shake your bottle of spiced tomato juice to wake it up and then add to the glass with vodka/gin and stir for 2 seconds.

About the Producer
It started with our Bloody Bens Bloody Mary Mix. It created and perfected at Ben's Canteen (RIP) neighbourhood restaurants in SW London that were famous for brunch. For years, customers asked for the Bloody Mary Recipe to be bottled and in 2017 we did just that.

The mix was borne out of a frustration that Bloody Marys are generally poorly made. Or they are really hard to make at home because you don't have all the ingredients. Bloody Bens Bloody Mary Mix solves these problems.

And, you can enjoy our spiced tomato juice - this makes it even easier to enjoy a perfect Bloody Mary! No more having to remember to have tomato juice in the house, now you just need to decide if you're going to add booze or not.
