• Base: Pork Pie, 3kg, 10" diameter - These delicious Pork Pies use only the finest ingredients. Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning. Simple and tasty.

  2nd Tier: Black Bomber, 1.5kg half ring - This multi award winning cheddar is a modern classic. It has a deliciously rich flavour, a smooth creaminess and leaves youwanting more.
• 
  3rd Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  4th Tier: Pork Pie, 500g - As above, a super traditional pork pie with other flavours also available at this size
• 
  5th Tier: Winslade, 200g - A delicious Vacherin/Camembert cross wrapped in a spruce strip which imparts a delicate pine note. Superbly rich, soft and gentle on the palate with a delicate floral earthiness. As featured on James Martin's TV show!
• 
  6th Tier: Cornish Camembert, 165g - A mellow smooth mould ripened soft brie. Made with rich Cornish brie for a delicious and creamy cheese.
• 
  Top: Capricorn, 100g - This little goats cheese has won a staggering amount of awards over the years. It is a delicious, velvety soft goats cheese. Mild and crumbly when young developing into a softer, creamier fuller flavour as it matures

• Traditional Pork - A traditional pork pie using only diced and minced pork and then mixed with a blend of herbs & spices to give a traditional flavour
• 
  Pork & Apple - A blend of diced and minced pork, sage & onion stuffing and bramley apples
• 
  Pork & Onion - A traditional pork pie but with a difference, diced and minced pork with an added layer of chopped onion and a blend of herbs and spices to give a wonderful flavour
• 
  Ploughmans - A wonderful combination of minced and diced pork, with a layer of cheddar cheese and tasty Devon chutney
• 
  Chicken & Apricot - Chicken breast blended with locally produced diced and minced pork with added succulent apricots
• 
  Chicken & Ham - Large chunks of chicken breast, freshly cooked gammon ham and locally produced diced and minced pork blended with fresh cranberries
