• Base: Pork Pie, 3kg, 10" diameter - These delicious Pork Pies use only the finest ingredients. Handcrafted using traditional methods, these award winning pork pies use the finest diced pork, minced pork, onions and seasoning. Simple and tasty.

  2nd Tier: Black Bomber Cheddar, 3kg - This multi award winning cheddar is a modern classic. It has a deliciously rich flavour, a smooth creaminess and leaves you wanting more.

  3rd Tier: Waterloo Brie, 800g - Waterloo is a rich, buttery soft cow’s milk cheese. It’s deep yellow in colour due to the unpasteurised milk used from Golden Guernsey cows. With an oozing brie like texture, a sweet, smooth flavour, it’s a real crowd pleaser

  4th Tier: Colston Bassett Stilton, 1kg - One of Britain's best known cheeses is Stilton, Colston Bassett is one of the best in the country. Mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours. A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish

  5th Tier: Baby Cornish Yarg 1kg - This unique cheese is wrapped in nettle leaves which are picked wild from the surrounding area. A semi-hard cheese, slightly creamy and crumbly, texture is a bit between a cheddar and caerphilly.The flavour is fresh and lemony when the cheese is young becoming more aromatic with age and the edible nettles impart a delicate, slightly mushroomy flavour as the cheese matures

  Top: Coeurs Neufchatel, 200g - One of the oldest cheeses in France with AOC status. It is a young cheese with a lovely white rind. Texture similar to a camembert, soft with a slightly grainy texture. It is a crumbly cheese which develops a creamier interior as it matures
