The four mixes (500g each) included in this pack are:

• Sourdough Pancake Mix: Our easy to use gluten free pancake mix makes delicious sourdough pancakes. They can be made dairy free and vegan as well.For a standard crepe or American style pancake, you'll need eggs and milk. For a dairy free pancake, substitute for dairy free milk. For a vegan pancake, you'll need dairy free milk and chia seeds.

  Flatbread Mix: This is our multi-purpose, great tasting mix which is a 2016 Great Taste winner! We use it for all sorts of things - flatbreads, crackers, pittas to name but a few. It is rich with roasted grain and a hint of garlic, truly delicious and hugely versatile.

  Sourdough Pizza Base Mix: This is our amazing sourdough pizza mix.

  Bagel Mix: You can now make our hugely popular sourdough bagels at home!Just add water (and agave for our Boss Bagel flavour). Mix, boil and bake. Boil longer for more chewiness or less for a more bready mouthfeel. Add other ingredients such as raisins, onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for different flavoured bagels. Top as you wish, with smoked salmon, cream cheese, chocolate spreads or peanut butter! Eat fresh from the oven, freeze them, toast them.
