Louisa's Acacia Blossom Honey comes from the bees collecting nectar from the Acacia flowers to make Acacia honey with a very mild, candy sweet and floral flavour. There is a beautiful mild floral and vanilla aroma. It is an excellent source of energy! Our Acacia honey is one of the most sought after honeys for the tendency to remain liquid for a long time and for its delicate taste. It never crystallizes in a hard way. Very pale in colour close to transparent with a delicate texture almost like liquid glass.
