We offer you the chance to learn the art of authentic Punjabi cooking.

Yasmin grew up in a house full of the warm, comforting aromas of Punjabi cooking and years later opened the doors to her kitchen founding the Scotia Spice cookery school.

In 2012 we launched a cookery course in a box, a beautifully designed gift box that gives you everything you need to make authentic Punjabi meals from scratch. You will discover how to balance spices and flavours to create delicious aromatic dishes.
