Our Story

Our founder, Tom Gordon, has spent many years in the gourmet food and drink industry, sourcing some of the finest ingredients across the world for his speciality retail outlets.

Intrigued by a chance encounter with a Spanish botanicals producer some years ago, Tom went about experimenting with flavours and additions to Gin.

His travels include North Africa, Malaysia, France, Spain, Germany, the Nordics and the Americas where there are grown the best herbs and spices. Thus we are proud to offer our customers the very finest botanicals to add to their drinks.
