SoGud was born out of our desire to provide tasty, nutritious snacks for people who care what they and their families eat. From our early home-based experiments, through many ups and downs, the business has matured and grown to become a known health snack brand in the UK since launching in March 2016.
As a family business, owned by Neil and Terri Petrie and daughter Rosie we had no food experience. We were privileged to receive expert help from The Rowettt Institute and Queen Margaret University to develop our initial recipes, baking techniques and branding behind our nutrient-dense squares.
We are humbled to have won Free From and Great Taste awards as well!
