Simon’s Table is a small artisan food business based in picturesque south Norfolk and run by husband and wife Simon and Nicola.
Simon’s Award winning marmalade is at the heart of the business, which Simon has been making for over 34 years. His secret is to cook the fruit slowly at a lower temperature and to caramelise some of the sugars prior to setting, this gives it the rich dark & tangy flavour.
A carefully selected London Dry Gin has been infused with Simon’s Marmalade to create a marmalade gin liqueur that carries the marmalade flavour well. Great on its own, over ice or drizzled on ice cream.
Nicola has been making shortbread for nearly as long as Simon has been making marmalade. They market it under the brand Simon’s Shortbread but all the credit for its buttery flavour and melt in the mouth consistency goes to Nicola.
Simon & Nicola are proud to bring to your table a disparate group of products that are special and different to what you might find on the market elsewhere. Ingredients, where ever possible are sourced locally and of the highest quality. Production waste is minimal and even the remaining pith & pips from the marmalade production are composted.
