An emerging drinks brand reinventing the humble shandy for the craft beer age.
We (Tom, Fred & Ed) launched Shandy Shack back in August 2018. We had discovered that, if made with the right ingredients, shandy didn't have to be a compromise on taste, and allowed us to live a life without the compromise of a hangover.
We initially started serving our shandies from a handmade pop-up bar (the original Shack), but quickly realised that people wanted to enjoy the unique taste of our drinks away from our events.
In April 2019, we launched our first product, the IPA Shandy. It blends a hoppy session IPA with our own unique natural lemonade recipe, and clocks in at just 2.8% ABV - 1.0 units per 330ml can of vegan-friendly goodness. It has since been featured by BBC & The Times Food & Drink writer Giles Coren, and served to people from the beaches of Cornwall to the fields of the Cotswolds!
