Hello and welcome to SamosaCo. The tastiness of our food comes from the fresh, natural and delicious ingredients that go into it. 30 years in the making, our recipes created by us, date back through generations of family testing and tasting, traditionally and refined to perfection.
We are a small family business based in South Wales, set up by Sokhy and Goldie and son Tee. We produce a variety of vegetarian and vegan products including samosas, curries, pickles, chutneys and sauces and our own unique onion bhaji scotch egg!
We only use the finest ingredients creating premium and delicious food, just like we make at home! Our "No Added Anything" philosophy means we don't use any artificial flavourings, colourings, msg, gm products and no palm oil.
A little bit about us:
Sokhy - "the innovator" - I like to think I come up with some fantastic recipes and combinations, just like my favourite; The Onion Bhajee Scotch Egg - I love mine chopped in half, with a dash of soy sauce on the egg!
Goldie - "the real head-chef - AKA Mum! "I love the classics - vegetable samosas and onion bhajees...find them in the Indian Party Pack!"
Tee - "Chief taster" - basically I like to hang around the kitchen and sneak a bite at whatever mum is whipping up as it's always spot on! My fave is definitely Tarka Daal, the perfect pick-me-up and staple item at the dinner table
