We are REBEL. A creative team of three sausage musketeers, making inspired smokes, cures and ferments on the south coast in Hove. Our process begins by sourcing the best produce that we can find. This means high welfare, free range, local and happy animals.
We source our free range, happy pigs from a small farm at the foot of the South downs, 11 miles from REBEL HQ.
All of our products are entirely handmade, sliced and packaged. We are very proud to be able to say that our entire range is packaged in plastic free, compostable packaging.
Our award winning products have received great support from celebrated chefs and feature on various Michelin star restaurant menus.
