Reypenaer has been making the best Gouda Cheese for more than a hundred years. Tucked in the heart of The Netherlands is the 100 year old ripening warehouse where the cheeses are matured for 12 to 30 months.
Using old traditional maturing techniques, the cheeses are given as long as they need to develop their rich taste and full flavour. Each cheese matures as nature intended in its own time and in tune with natural variation in temperature.
This attention to details helps create an amazing taste and texture which have been worldly acclaimed and awarded several times at the Nantwich International Cheese Show and many more.
