'Winter’s Night' Spiced Gin by Ribble Valley Gin - Small Batch Gin 70cl 40% ABV

Winner of the Gold Award at the World Gin Awards 2020, “Winter’s Night” gin takes inspiration from the ‘Christingle’ and long winter nights by the fire. Combining peppery citrus with smoky black cardamom, Winter’s Night gin is the perfect tipple to warm you through the winter months.

About the Producer:
Producing 50 bottles of gin per batch, using pure spring water from a private estate in the Trough of Bowland and the finest natural botanicals. The Ribble Valley Gin Co, founded by young couple Justine and Luke, produce small batch artisan gin in their distillery based on Longridge, Lancashire. The distillery is a stone outhouse, built in 1888 and was originally used as a “piggery”. They use an 83-litre column still for their gins and vapour infuse their chosen botanicals, giving each gin a smooth and clean finish.
