Made by the award winning Hampshire Cheese, Winslade is fabulous new artisan cheese designed to be a bridge between Vacherin & Camembert. A rich soft cheese with earthy and woody flavours.
This superb cheese is wrapped in a collar of spruce - the bark permeates the cheese with subtle woody pine notes and the resulting flavour has a floral earthiness. Lovely and rich on the palate and low in salt, a brilliant choice for a British cheeseboard to rival any French cheeses in its class. A firm favourite with Harvey & Brockless and on restaurant menus this year.

Hampshire Cheeses is owned by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce. It was founded in 2005.
Stacey began making cheese in her kitchen before it soon became clear that she would need a purpose-built creamery to fulfil her dream. She was encouraged to make a soft cow's milk cheese with a delicious depth of flavour, with a delicate, thin rind and Tunworth was born. Winslade swiftly followed and has already won numerous awards.
