Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Pink Salmon 213g is cooked in it's own waters. Also known as humpback, the fish is chopped and put in cans complete with bones and skin, then cooked - looks less dainty but keeps the nutrition in. It is suitable for use it in fishcake, croquette or fish pie recipes.

Fish4Ever Wild Pacific Pink Salmon 213g is fished off the coast of Alaska using a variety of methods with minimal by-catch during a highly controlled and managed time period when adult salmon return to the river mouth to spawn.

This range of sustainably caught wild sea fish is tinned with any extra ingredients being organic. It is caught in various fisheries around the Atlantic. No drag nets are used. Albacore tuna is caught by hook and line with the others being harvested in small nets. There is no wastage as the net-caught fish live in shoals, which are specifically located by infra-red. Fishing is seasonal, with none being done during the breeding season. The fishermen use small, community-based fishing boats, which leave port in the morning, and return at night. No large scale industrial boats are used.
