Made from white grapes and white wine vinegar aged in ash barrels from the 1900's, this fresh and balanced white balsamic has body and flavour with sweet notes of ripe, yellow fruits and citrus.
It is an ideal addition to any recipe thanks to its low acidity. Great with seafood and vegetarian dishes, fusion cuisine and especially salads with citrus fruits.
