I was making a Vegan lemon birthday cake. Vegan products are in all the shops now but I failed to find an alternative to lemon curd. I found this one on line. It made a lovely tangy spread to the centre of my cake and everyone commented how tasty it was. I will use the rest on my toast. Just disappointed that the postage made it an expensive purchase.
