About the Producer
My name is Doris Boye and I started SoYoo in memory of my grandmother who introduced me to the love of food which has been in my family for four generations. We produce delicious and healthy snacks and beverages sourced from Ghana, including Cocoyam Crisps and naturally flavoured Plantain Crisps. Turning our traditional products into something modern and "exotic" has been incredibly exciting whilst working directly with local farmers from our homeland Ghana to source our ingredients.
