Fish4Ever Scottish Mackerelis fished by the MSC/ex MSC fleet in the Atlantic sea in a fairly wide area North of Scotland, following the mackerel migration. This mackerel is fished and then immediately packed in Scotland, with only the addition of local, fresh spring water.

Albacore tuna is caught by hook and line with the others being harvested in small nets. There is no wastage as the net-caught fish live in shoals, which are specifically located by infra-red. Fishing is seasonal, with none being done during the breeding season. The fishermen use small, community-based fishing boats, which leave port in the morning, and return at night. No large scale industrial boats are used.
