'The Meaty' Wine & Saucisson Gift Set by Champagne+Fromage - Cheese & Charcuterie Gift Set

The 'meaty' box contains a selection of premium quality meat products with crackers and red wine.

This set contains:

• Terrine Stag & Mushroom 100g: This wild stag terrine with morel mushrooms from Nemrod will go perfectly with slice of bread.
• Terrine Wild Boar & Gewurtztraminer 100g: Nemrod is a brand of exclusively French Wild game products coming from the forests of Alsace. Animals grew up in the forest and feed on exclusively natural elements. All the surplus game is collected directly from the hunters and prepared following traditional recipes, with the addition of a bit of pork fat, which soon will be labelled organic. The taste of the wild!
• 3 x Saucissons 190g: We get our Saucissons from Maison Chillet, a high quality producer from Rhone Alpes, whose make his products with the greatest respect for raw materials and with a concern for the “artisanal” concept.
• Laious 550g: The Laious is an artisanal cheese made with ewe's milk.
• Smoked BBQ Sauce 330g: A delicious fingerpicking Smoky BBQ Sauce. Delicately seasoned with a natural smoke flavour, it will seduce your palette. Add our smoky barbecue sauce to all your favourite dishes. Great on meats, fries and anything else that takes your fancy.
• Cornichons Malossol 440g: Maison Marc are the last remaining commercial cornichon producers in France as most are now grown overseas in Asia. Cornichons are grown in Chemilly-sur-Yonne without the use of any pesticides. They are then hand-sorted and jarred without any preservatives. The Malossol gherkins are a big variety of gherkins but softer, and less acidic.
• Crackers for Cheese with Black Salt & Quinoa 130g: Paul & Pippa is a little family business in Spain. All their products are made with locally-sourced ingredients. These artisan crackers are crafted with high quality extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, and unique flours, and are designed to accentuate the flavors in a range of cheese styles.
• Château du Vieux Puit Red Wine – Côte de Bordeaux 75cl: Forward and lively fruit. The palate is intensely fruity with fresh blackcurrants and redcurrants. Lovely easy drinking. Really fresh, pleasant, subtly spiced finish. Vignobles Bouillac creates cuvées that are created from Bordeaux’s slightly more forgotten varietals: Malbec and Petit Verdot. Two varietals that are often shoved slightly aside by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Shop and bistro, Champagne+Fromage brings rustic fare and fizz to you, served the French way. The first location was opened in Covent Garden in 2011 and can now be found in multiple locations. Champagne+Fromage is the magic combination of two different companies, both lovers of artisanal and unique French products.

If for some reason a cheese you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will replace it with a similar product that is comparable in quality and origin to the same or greater value for no extra cost.
