    • Black Cow Cheddar 900g Truckle: A truckle of fantastic Vintage Cheddar made by Black Cow Vodka. Black Cow based in West Dorset make this fantastic cheddar from the leftover curds from the production of their stunning pure milk vodka. Its has a fantastic creamy flavour with great crystallisation.


    • Duck Liver pate: A smooth and velvety liver pate with cointreau from Cornish Charcuterie.


    • Trufflesticks: The indulgent cousin of the mighty beerstick from Moons Green Charcuterie. Made with Sussex pork and black truffle.


    • Forest Pig truffle salami: A rich and decadent salami flavoured with wild truffle from Sally and Jeremy at The Forest Pig.


    • Stichelton: A creamy and textured raw milk blue from the Welbeck Estate. Made on the edge of the famous Sherwood Forest by Randolph Hodgson and Joe Schneider, this game changing blue is the only one made with raw milk and is made with the 18 year old culture MT36 which was used to make stilton before the move to pasteurised milk. A strong cheese with a deep red rind, this cheese is unique in many ways but each part from rind to center has a different taste profile, truly stunning.


    • Truffled Brie: Alsop and Walkers superb Brie filled with truffles, this is a rich and decadent cheese to take your cheese board to new heights. Truffled cream is sandwiched between a, delicious natural tasting Brie. A real treat for a special occasion. Sussex Truffle Brie is a soft naturally rinded pasteurised cheese produced in the East Sussex countryside using locally sourced full fat cow’s milk and Italian Black Truffles and Porcini mushrooms. It has a highly aromatic earthy flavour and is suitable for Vegetarians.


    • Winslade: A new creation from the makers of Tunworth, somewhere between a camembert and a Vacherin this spruce wrapped cheese is soft, gooey and silky, a great cheese from Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce.


    • Wagyu Bresaola: British Wagyu topside cured with salt, herbs and spices. British Wagyu chuck is cured to create a meltingly soft Bresaola style product, bred by Highland Wagyu in Dunblane and cured by Native Breeds in Gloucestershire.


    • Piccallili Le Parfait: A delicious piccallili perfect with a whole host of cheeses and cured meats.


    • Toast For Cheese Selection Tin: A selection tin of the perfect partner for cheese, buttermilk toats loaded with fruit, nuts and seeds.


    • Damsons In Gin: Whole damsons steeped in gin, great with full flavoured cheeses.


    • Sedlescombe Organic Black Cherry Wine: A dark, full bodied port style wine with a delicious mature cherry and almond nose. Made at Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard in Sussex. Makes a great alternative to port.


    • Ridgeview Cavendish: A rich golden colour with exceptionally fine bubbles. The nose is expressive with hints of red fruits. The Pinot dominance brings depth and complexity to the palate with a long-lasting finish, whilst the Chardonnay adds finesse and freshness from the Ridgeview Estate in Sussex.


    • Sedlescombe Organic First Release Organic White Wine: An intensely fruity biodynamic white from Sedlescombe Organic vineyard in Sussex. Crafted from hand picked Rivaner Bacchus and Johanniter grapes this white has tropical fruit flavours with notes of lemongrass.

    We operate a two day delivery service, which means if your order is placed by 12 noon on Monday, this will be with you on Wednesday. Don't worry this doesn't mean your delivery will be stuck in a van for two days, it simply gives us the time to select, prepare and package your products properly with the care and attention they deserve. Orders received after 12 noon will be prepared and dispatched the following day.

    We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations on the GB mainland only for a delivery by 16.00. We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends or colleagues. We must have a complete post code and telephone number for every delivery address. We can deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays ONLY.

    Because most of our products are perishable, we highly recommend that you provide us with an alternative delivery instruction for any private address; such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour/behind the bins". Please send an email to support@thefoodmarket.com with your delivery instructions immediately after placing an order.
