Beacon Blue: Beacon Blue is silvery like the moon, silky smooth, creamy and fresh on the tongue, yet a good helping of peppery tang quickly develops leaving you craving more and more…The freshest goats milk makes the best goats cheese and ours comes every day from Nicola Butler's herd on our family farm just down the lane from our dairy. Beacon Blue is crafted in open vats, then poured into individual moulds, turned by hand and matured under the watchful eyes of our cheese experts. There's not much you can't do with Beacon Blue, give your salad a bit of je ne c'est quoi, devour it in a sandwich with a good helping of delicious fig relish or just sneak down in the middle of the night and eat a chunk.
Kidderton Ash: Kidderton Ash is a silky-smooth goats cheese made with milk from our herd. Each cheese is coated and matured with ash for a distinctive finish that is furry and speckled. Kidderton Ash is a bright white cheese shaped like a log that only gets creamier with each day. Made with passion and enthusiasm in our family dairy using traditional handmade methods, it is crafted in open vats, then poured into individual moulds, turned by hand and matured under the watchful eyes of our cheese experts. Kidderton Ash is a spectacle of contrast in colour, texture and taste. It's unbelievable when sliced thinly, placed on black charcoal crackers with a slither of ripe fig. A great cheese for making canapés that are a cut above or just a super indulgent snack.
"This is Proper" Goat's Cheese: Bright white, fresh, firm with a sweet nutty flavour; Inglewhite Goats Cheese has a semi firm texture and is a great alternative to classic cow's milk cheeses. Hand made in at our dairy in Inglewhite, using the freshest goats milk from Nicola Butler's pedigree herd just down the lane in rural Lancashire. Inglewhite is a much more then just great hard cheese alternative for those intolerant to cow's milk. Our ice packs are fully reusable, just freeze and reuse, great for the warmer days when you want to keep food cool whilst out for the day. Alternatively, once defrosted cut open the pack and pour the non-toxic solution down the drain. Rinsing with hot tap water will help dissolve the gel faster. The plastic outer can be recycled according to your local recycling regulations.
