'The Fondue Night' Fondue Cheese & Champagne Set by Champagne+Fromage with Vacherin Mont D’or & Crackers

A delicious box featuring all you need for the perfect fondue night with Champagne!

This set contains:

• Vacherin Mont D’or 400g: Only made seasonally (in the winter) Vacherin Mont d’Or is powerful and rich. You can eat it as it is, or you can enjoy the full experience of scooping out the melted cheese with crusty bread: just cover the top of the box with his own lid, wrap in foil and place it in oven for about 20-25 minutes until the centre goes gooey!
• Cancoillotte 250g: A runny cheese made from metton cheese.
• 3 x Saucissons 190g: We get our Saucissons from Maison Chillet, a high quality producer from Rhone Alpes, whose make his products with the greatest respect for raw materials and with a concern for the “artisanal” concept.
• Basil Cornichons 250g: Maison Marc are the last remaining commercial cornichon producers in France as most are now grown overseas in Asia. Cornichons are grown in Chemilly-sur-Yonne without the use of any pesticides. They are then hand-sorted and jarred without any preservatives. These Basil Cornichons are less acidic than classic pickles, they reveal many aromas of spices.
• Crackers for Cheese with Black Salt & Quinoa 130g: Paul & Pippa is a little family business in Spain. All their products are made with locally-sourced ingredients. These artisan crackers are crafted with high quality extra virgin olive oil, herbs, spices, and unique flours, and are designed to accentuate the flavors in a range of cheese styles.
• Champagne Furdyna Reserve 75cl: La Reserve Brut is made of 100% Pinot Noir which is the main Style of Michel Furdyna house, delicate and elegant, so food friendly as well. We love it on its own, yet it will match perfectly a pulled pork dish, or any tagine with black fruits. The slightly warmer climate of Michel’s vineyards in the south of the region is reflected in the approachability and sheer drinkability of this harmonious wine. Forward in fruit and generously proportioned, this will not disappoint

Shop and bistro, Champagne+Fromage brings rustic fare and fizz to you, served the French way. The first location was opened in Covent Garden in 2011 and can now be found in multiple locations. Champagne+Fromage is the magic combination of two different companies, both lovers of artisanal and unique French products.
