As the most smokey and salty part of the salmon the slices are lean and intense. During the smoking process the tail absorbs the salt while retaining it’s Omega 3’s.
Our salmon is freshly smoked in our Smokery on Daylesford Farm within 48 hours after it has been fished. Supplied by the prestigious Loch Duart Salmon company in Scotland. Our process is 100% plastic free and pared back to only the essential ingredients; salmon, salt and smoke.
The tale fillet weighs 450g, it’s ideal for 4-5 people.
