We have tested the sweet blend on cakes, biscuits and even as a coating on homemade popcorn. It adds a totally different take on many well known recipes to spice up your sweet dishes. It has hints of Turkish and Indian inspiration with rose petals, cardamom and allspice berries adding different styles of sweetness.
My Sweet Blend offers a different take on a mixed spice. We have your traditional mixed spiced ingredients, with the addition of rose petals, mace, a little brown sugar and allspice berries. This will give your baking and cooking a totally different flavour.
Our Sweet Blend comes in 25g packs, this ensures you get a really fresh spice to use at its best. We don’t want these stored in cupboards for many months!
