A quick to make gluten-free option for afternoon tea, lunchboxes or morning energy fix. With the goodness of quinoa, flax, wholegrain oats, sultanas and coconut. Awarded Great Taste award 2016 - 1 star.
Prep & Usage
- Melt together your oil/butter and honey/syrup and stir into your Sweetpea Flapjack Mix.
- Push your mixture firmly into a lined loaf/brownie tin. Bake in a pre-heated moderate oven (180 degrees / 160 fan) for 15-18 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool completely - best if refrigerated - before eating to avoid crumble!
