This award winning salami with rosemary is made using Freedom Food approved, outdoor bred pork from the family farm. Taking the finest cuts of pork, salt, spices, garlic, a little red wine and fresh rosemary leaves are added before the salamis are hung to air dry. The resulting salamis are not too fatty and have a fabulous depth of flavour.

Because most of our goods are perishable, your order will be packed in an insulated cardboard box filled with ice packs. We send goods by overnight carrier to destinations on the GB mainland only for a delivery by 16.00. We can deliver to your home or place of work, and to the home or work-place of your relatives, friends or colleagues. We must have a complete post code and telephone number for every delivery address. We can deliver on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Because most of our products are perishable, we highly recommend that you provide us with an alternative delivery instruction for any private address; such as "leave in porch/on step/with a neighbour/behind the bins".
Please take great care when stipulating delivery locations, addresses and dates, because once these have been entered and you have received a confirmation email for your order, they cannot be changed.
Please make sure your order is stored in refrigerated storage/fridge as soon as it has been delivered.
