About our Teas
Borengajuli Tea Estate in the Assam region of India produces the most fabulous teas. This 2nd Flush Assam is no exception and comes to you as fresh as the day it was plucked! Vacuumed packed on the estate the moment the tea leaves come out the sorter, the deep malted Assam flavour is captured and the flavour retained to taste just as it should.
Prep and Usage
1-2 tablespoons of Spicy Chai Syrup and 8oz of milk. Put 1-2 tablespoons of Spicy Chai Syrup into a frothing pitcher. Top up with milk and commence frothing. Serve out a spicy chai latte.
1-2 tablespoons of Spicy Chai Syrup. Add water / soda / tonic water as preferred
Chai-Whiskey Sour: American whiskey, spicy chai syrup, egg white, ice, lemon juice, cinnamon stick and star anise to garnish.
Spiced Chai Vodka: Vodka, spicy chai syrup, lemon juice, orange bitters, lemon peel and star anise to garnish.
Chai White Russian: Vodka, spicy chai syrup, cream and amaretto.
