Soft salami of pure pork very fine-grained. It has a cylindrical irregular shape or, in bigger versions is hand-tied. Typical of Calabrese tradition. Prepared exclusively with fresh and selected meat. It is really spicy, great on bread or focaccia or to give extra flavour to sauces or cheeses.
