Made using raw, full cream cow's milk from Lombardy and seasoned in pine wood crates for 50 to 60 days. There's an aroma of yeast and hay and a creamy, slightly nutty taste. The cheese immediately beneath the pinky, orange rind is soft and creamy then takes on a slightly firmer texture towards the middle.
This Taleggio is perfect for your cheese board or on pizza and crostini. Makes a great fondue if 70's food revival is your thing.

Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday via signed for courier. Orders placed by noon on a working day will be picked, packed and dispatched the same day on our 24 hour courier service. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
We pack perishable items in sheep’s wool with an ice pack to keep them cool throughout the whole transport process however please ensure these are placed in the fridge on arrival.
We currently only support orders for UK mainland addresses.
